What is a Sharing Circle?

A sharing circle is a safe and supportive space where you can come as you are, share your story, and feel truly heard, without judgment or interruption. It’s a place to connect with others who may have gone through similar experiences and to realize that you are not alone.

This is not therapy or 1:1 coaching session

This circle is not about fixing the past, but about giving space to it. A space to honour our experiences of growing up in a dysfunctional family, to release the loneliness that comes with it, and to witness each other’s journeys with compassion.

This is not a space for advice-giving or quick solutions. It’s a circle to slow down, reflect, and bring awareness to how our childhood shaped us. You may walk away with deep insights, validation, and an inner strength to face your current challenges, simply by listening and sharing.

When we grow up in dysfunctional families, we often carry unspoken pain, self-doubt, and the belief that no one truly understands us. It can be a really lonely and painful experience because the people around us do not understand how we got impacted because of their dysfunctional behaviours.

In this circle, you’ll find community support, validation, and guidance to begin breaking free from the old patterns and stepping into your power.
