You are responsible for your own well-being and agree to inform the Facilitator of any mental or emotional health conditions that may impact the session process.
Clients acknowledge that all perspectives, reflections, and suggestions shared during sessions are intended to support personal awareness and growth.
Any decisions, actions, or changes made in personal relationships or life circumstances remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Joyful Touch and its facilitators are not responsible for the outcomes of decisions made by Clients following the sessions.
Clients also agree not to publicly misrepresent, defame, or distort the nature of sessions or content shared by The Joyful Touch.
5. Nature of Services
The Services offered through The Joyful Touch consist of personal sessions and healing sessions intended to support self-reflection, relationship awareness, and personal growth.
These sessions are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric services, or medical treatment.
The information, discussions, and guidance shared during sessions are intended for educational, reflective, and personal growth purposes only.
They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.
If you are experiencing significant psychological distress or require professional mental health care, you are encouraged to consult a licensed mental health professional.
Clients are encouraged to consult appropriate licensed professionals for such matters where necessary.
6. Appointment Scheduling, Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments can only be scheduled through our website:
Confirmed appointments cannot be cancelled.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Requests made after this window may not be accommodated.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees for sessions are displayed on the website.
Payments must be completed according to the instructions provided during the booking process.
Payments are processed securely through the payment systems integrated with the website.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Sessions
Confirmed appointments cannot be cancelled.
In the case of a reschedule request made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time, a new session time may be provided.
If a refund is applicable under specific circumstances, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact our support team.
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy for Digital Products
All purchases of digital products offered on our website are final.
We do not provide refunds for successfully delivered digital products.

Unauthorized recording or distribution of session content may lead to termination of services and appropriate legal action where applicable.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate a session if this policy is violated.
